摘　　要：铁路信息系统国产化替代是维护铁路信息安全、实现自主可控和创新发展的必然要求。在国家战略和铁路十四五规划指导下,国家铁路行业各单位正在积极推进铁路信息系统的国产化进程。分析了信息系统国产化适配迁移的主要问题,提出适配迁移实施过程,并以中国铁路信息科技集团有限公司下属公司自研的办公(OA)系统为试点,对国产化技术路线选型、应用程序适配迁移、数据库适配迁移进行技术探析,为有序推进铁路信息系统国产化替代奠定基础。The localization replacement of railway information system is an inevitable requirement for maintaining railway information security and realizing independent,controllable and innovative development.Under the guidance of the national strategy and the 14th Five-Year Plan for Railways,various units in the national railway industry are actively promoting the localization replacement of railway information system.This paper analyzes the main problems of localization adaptation and migration of information systems,proposes the implementation process of adaptation migration,and takes the Office Automation(OA)system developed by China Railway Information Technology Group Co.,Ltd.as the pilot of domestic substitution,select of localization technology route,application adaptation migration,and database adaptation migration are technically analyzed,laying the foundation for the orderly promotion of the localization and replacement of railway information systems.
