兽医社会化服务工作成效及发展思考

摘　　要：通过开展兽医社会化服务推进情况调研,总结了近年来兽医社会化服务工作在落实动物防疫责任、提升兽医社会化服务能力、稳定兽医社会化服务人才队伍、提高动物防疫工作质量等方面取得的积极成效,分析了当前发展中仍存在社会化服务组织发展不平衡、自我造血能力不足等难题,提出了强化政策宣传、制定服务清单、搭建交流平台、加强人员培训、加大监管力度等对策思考,以期进一步推进兽医社会化服务高质量发展。Based on the investigation on the implementation of veterinary socialized service system,it was concluded that,in recent years,the veterinary socialized service system had achieved positive results in implementing the responsibility of animal disease prevention,improving the capacity of veterinary socialized services,stabilizing the team providing the service,and improving the quality of animal disease prevention,although such gaps as unbalanced development and insufficient self-hematopoietic capacity of socialized service organizations were still available.It was therefore recommended to publicize policies intensively,develop a service list,build a communication platform,improve staff training and strengthen supervision and implement other countermeasures to further promote high-quality development of veterinary socialized service system.
