摘　　要：目的:探讨复方青黛丸联合钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏对稳定期银屑病患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群及相关炎性因子的影响。方法:采用交替分组法,将101例稳定期银屑病患者分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=51)。对照组采用钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏^(+)口服阿维A胶囊治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上联合复方青黛丸治疗。4周为1个疗程,共治疗两个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前后外周血淋巴细胞亚群及相关炎性因子变化情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(92.16%vs.76.00%,P<0.05);观察组PASI评分、瘙痒程度评分均低于对照组[(2.59±0.73)分vs.(3.97±1.01)分,(2.18±0.66)分vs.(3.41±0.85)分];血清IL-8、CD3^(+)、CD8^(+)水平均低于对照组,IL-4、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方青黛丸联合钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏能够有效改善稳定期银屑病患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群及相关炎性因子水平。Objective:To investigate the effects of compound Qingdai pill combined with calpotriol betamethasone ointment on peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets and related inflammatory factors in patients with stable psoriasis.Methods:101 patients with stable psoriasis were divided into control group(n=50) and observation group(n=51) by alternate grouping method.The control group was treated with betamethasone calcium potriol ointment ^(+) oral avitec A capsule.Observation group was treated with compound Qingdai pill on the basis of control group.4 weeks was one course, with a total of two courses of treatment.The changes in peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets and related inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(92.16% vs.76.00%,P< 0.05).PASI score and itch degree score of observation group were lower than those of control group [(2.59±0.73 vs.3.97±1.01,2.18±0.66 vs.3.41±0.85) points].The levels of IL-8,CD3^(+)and CD8^(+)in serum were lower than those in control group, and the levels of IL-4,CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Qingdai pill combined with calpotriol betamethasone ointment can effectively improve the levels of lymphocyte subsets and related inflammatory factors in peripheral blood of patients with stable psoriasis.
