摘  要:在“新文科”背景下,我国语言学跨学科研究趋势日益显著。来自单一学科背景的外语人才不再能够满足国家发展战略的需求,“英语+法律”复合型外语人才成为大势所趋。文章从国家宏观战略设计需要,经济社会发展、贸易全球化需要,以及高校英语专业优化、可持续性发展需要等三个方面探讨了“英语+法律”复合型人才培养的必要性,厘清了人才培养现状,从人才培养模式、复合课程体系设置、专业师资建设等方面为培养跨专业人才指明了方向。Under the guidance of the concept of constructing new liberal arts, the research of inter-disciplinary in linguistics has become increasingly prominent in China.Foreign language learners only mastering a single language can no longer meet the needs of national development.Thus, a new type of train mode which aims to cultivate qualified “English + law” inter-disciplinary talents has become the new trend.This article first discusses the necessities for the cultivation of “English + law” inter-disciplinary talents from the following three aspects: the needs of national macro-strategic design, the needs of economic and social development, and trade globalization, the optimization of college English majors and the needs of sustainable development for English major.In order to cultivate qualified inter-disciplinary talents, the thesis further clarifies the goals for cultivating new talents and tries to discuss how to optimize the talent training model;how to the innovate a new set of compound curriculum system;how to construct a team of professional teaching staff to ensure the cultivation of talents.
