摘　　要：随着国内皮革市场经济的复苏,皮革产业在快速发展中不断升级与转型,皮革行业对高质量皮革检测人才的需求也在不断扩大。以“双高”计划为研究背景,以皮革检测人才创新创业教育为切入点,探讨当前皮革检测人才教育培养中存在的问题;并从教学体系、培养模式、创业实践三方面提出了提升皮革检测人才的培养策略。以期通过策略制定增强皮革检测人才的专业实践能力,使皮革专业教学质量有效提升,从而完善“双高”计划下的皮革专业创新创业教育体系。With the recovery of the domestic leather market economy,the leather industry is constantly upgrading and transforming in the rapid development,and the demand for high-quality leather testing talents in the leather industry is also expanding.Taking the"Double High"plan as the research background and the innovation and entrepreneurship education of leather testing talents as the starting point,this paper discusses the problems existing in the current education and training of leather testing talents;And from the teaching system,training mode,entrepreneurial practice three aspects proposed to enhance the training strategy of leather testing talents.It is expected to enhance the professional practice ability of leather testing talents through strategy formulation,effectively improve the teaching quality of leather specialty,and thus improve the leather specialty innovation and entrepreneurship education system under the"double high"plan.
