公共卫生安全视角下的冷链物流中心风险识别与建筑优化设计

摘　　要：现阶段,我国冷链物流系统快速发展的同时,在卫生安全和运营管理方面也面临着更多挑战。文章基于我国当前对重大公共卫生安全事件的防控要求,以冷链物流系统的重要节点——冷链物流中心为研究对象,从公共卫生安全的视角,分析冷链物流中心的总体设计要求,对冷链物流中心存在的卫生安全隐患进行风险评估,通过优化设计策略予以防范安全隐患,进而将优化后的策略在江苏宜兴现代冷链物流中心得到应用和验证,对当下病毒防控、食品卫生安全保障具有积极的现实意义,并为今后冷链物流中心的设计建造提供参考。At present,my country’s cold chain logistics system is developing rapidly,but it is also facing more challenges in health safety and operation management.From the view of public health security,the paper analyzes the main points of overall design of the cold chain logistics center based on the risk assessment of health security,and concludes three strategies for design optimization.With the application in Yixing modern cold chain logistics center in Jiangsu Province in which the author participated,the researches above show positive significance for the current virus prevention and control and food hygiene safety,and provides a reference for the future construction of cold chain logistics center.
