多聚长效抗菌膜液材(敷)料裂解细菌生物膜的作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨多聚长效抗菌膜液材(敷)料裂解细菌生物膜的作用。方法以临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)、大肠埃希菌、白念珠菌为研究对象,采用结晶紫染色及活菌计数法观察多聚长效抗菌膜液材(敷)料对细菌形成的生物膜的裂解作用。结果结晶紫染色显示,多聚长效抗菌膜液材(敷)料对金黄色葡萄球菌、MRSA、大肠埃希菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌与大肠埃希菌混合感染以及金黄色葡萄球菌与铜绿假单胞菌混合感染形成的生物膜裂解效果明显。生物膜从密集状态变为稀疏,生物膜团块亦有所减少。活菌计数显示,生物膜中的细菌数与细菌对照组比较,明显下降。结论多聚长效抗菌膜液材(敷)料能够裂解细菌生物膜,可用于临床治疗细菌生物膜感染。Objective To investigate the effect of poly long acting antibacterial membrane liquid material(dressing)on cracking bacterial biofilms.Method Clinical isolates of Acinetobacter baumannii,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Staphylococcus aureus,methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA),Escherichia coli and Candida albicans were taken as the research objects.Crystal purple staining and a viable count method were used to observe the cracking of the biofilm formed by the bacteria.Results The results from crystal purple staining showed that poly long acting antibacterial membrane liquid material(dressing)effectively induced the biofilm cracking of Staphylococcus aureus,MRSA,Escherichia coli,Acinetobacter baumannii,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,mixed infection of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli,and mixed infection of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.The biofilm changed from dense state to sparse state,and the biofilm mass was also decreased.The count of viable bacteria showed that the number of bacteria in the biofilm was decreased significantly as compared with the bacterial control group.Conclusion The poly long acting antibacterial membrane liquid material(dressing)has obvious cracking effect on the biofilms formed by Staphylococcus aureus,MRSA,Escherichia coli,Acinetobacter baumannii,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and the mixed infection of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
