摘　　要：“丝绸之路经济带”给新疆创造了巨大的发展空间。新疆在推动丝绸之路经济带商贸物流中心建设的过程中,有着明确的政策指引,并取得了长足的进步。但同时也存在着一些问题,包括商贸物流领域人才相对短缺、新疆商贸物流业自身特色相对不足、商贸物流基础设施建设有待提高等问题。为解决存在的问题,要加强对商贸物流领域人才的培育和引进,来弥补人才缺口;要丰富新疆商贸物流业的特色;要加强对商贸物流基础设施的建设力度等。The Silk Road Economic Belt has created huge space for the development in Xinjiang. In the process of promoting the construction of the trade and logistics center of the Silk Road Economic Belt, Xinjiang has made great progress with clear policy guide. But at the same time, there are also some problems, including the relative shortage of talents in the field of trade and logistics, comparatively weak characteristics of Xinjiang’s trade and logistics industry, and the need to improve the construction of trade and logistics infrastructure. In order to solve the existing problems, it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation and introduction of talents in the field of trade and logistics to make up for the talent gap;to enrich the characteristics of Xinjiang’s trade and logistics industry;to strengthen the construction of trade and logistics infrastructure.
