摘  要:结球甘蓝抽薹是其通过春化后进入生殖生长完成世代的必要过程,为探究此过程发生的生理生化变化,以抽薹性差异明显而且表现稳定的两份高代自交系为材料,比较分析它们茎生长量、抽薹率及抽薹过程中抗氧化系统酶活及丙二醛(MDA)和可溶性蛋白(S-Pr)含量生理指标变化规律。结果表明,易抽薹c179茎生长量快于耐抽薹CF,其通过绿体春化对生长量的需求低于CF,抽薹时间比CF早14 d;3月5日-4月12日两个材料过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性变化趋势基本一致,但c179始花期定植早、晚的活性显著和极显著低于CF;抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性变化趋势存在差异,c179现蕾前1周和现蕾后第1周的活性高于CF,而且定植早的存在显著差异,始花期定植早、晚的活性极显著低于CF;愈创木酚过氧化物酶(G-POD)活性变化规律基本一致,但c179现蕾前1、2周定植早、晚的活性极显著高于CF,始花期极显著低于CF;MDA含量变化规律存在一定差异,c179现蕾后第2周含量高于CF,而且定植早的含量存在极显著差异;S-Pr含量的变化规律基本一致,但c179现蕾后第1、2周定植早、晚的含量高于CF,而且定植晚的含量存在显著和极显著差异。因此,结球甘蓝不同基因型通过绿体春化需求存在差异,抽薹过程中APX在现蕾前、后,G-POD在现蕾前2周,MDA和S-Pr在现蕾后发挥重要作用。Cabbage bolting is an essential process which goes into reproductive growth to complete its generation after vernalization.In order to explore the change of physiological and biochemical indexes that occurred in this process,the two high-generation inbred lines with extremely significant difference in bolting and stable phynotype at different planting times were taken as materials,we compared and analyzed the physiological index such as the stem growth,bolting rate,antioxidant system enzyme activities,contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)and soluble protein(S-Pr).The results showed that the stem growth of the bolting-easy c179 was faster than that of bolting-resistant CF,and the growth requirement of biomass for vernalization in c179 was less than in CF.Moreover,c179 bolted 14 days earlier than CF.The catalase(CAT)activities of the two materials had similar trends from March 5th to April 12th,while the activities of c179 planted early and late at initial time of flowering were significantly and extremely significantly lower than those of CF.The change tendency of ascorbate peroxidase(APX)activities of the two materials had differences at that time.The activities of c179 were higher than those of CF at one week before and after squaring stage,and there were significant differences between the two materials planted early.In addition at initial time of flowering the the activities of c179 planted early and late were extremely significantly lower than those of CF.The change tendency of gualacol peroxidase(G-POD)activities of the two materials was mostly consistent during March 5th to April 12th,but the activities of c179 planted early and late were extremely significantly higher than ones of CF at two weeks before squaring stage,and extremely significantly lower than those of CF at initial time of flowering.In the terms of the change tendency towards MDA contents,these two materials had some differences at that time.The contents of c179 were higher than those of CF at the second week after squaring stage and initial time
