摘 要:目的探讨针对踝关节骨折患者采用放松训练联合个性化功能锻炼后对改善患者术后疼痛、踝-后足功能及降低并发症发生率的作用。方法选择2019年1月至2021年12月收治的踝关节骨折患者70例,以摸球法将患者分组,对照组(n=35)予常规护理,观察组(n=35)则在常规护理的同时予放松训练联合个性化功能锻炼干预。比较两组术后康复进程,随访3个月采用美国足踝外科协会(American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society,AOFAS)踝-后足功能评分评估两组关节功能,采用视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分评估患者护理前后静息、运动状态下的疼痛情况,并对比两组的并发症发生率。结果观察组的下床时间、住院时间、负重时间、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,P<0.05;观察组于静息状态和运动状态下的VAS评分均低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组的关节功能优良率高于对照组(91.43%vs 71.43%,P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(5.71%vs 25.71%,P<0.05)。结论对踝关节骨折患者采用放松训练联合个性化功能锻炼,能加快患者术后康复,有利于改善踝-后足功能,可有效减轻患者术后疼痛,并能减少并发症的发生风险。Objective To investigate the effect of relaxation training combined with personalized functional exercise on improving postoperative pain,ankle hind foot function and reducing the incidence of complications in patients with ankle fracture.Methods 70cases of ankle fracture admitted from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected.The patients were divided into two groups by touching the ball.The control group(n=35)was given routine care,and the observation group(n=35)was given relaxation training combined with personalized functional exercise intervention at the same time of routine care.After 3 months of follow-up,the ankle and hindfoot function scores of the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS)were used to evaluate the joint function of the two groups,and the visual analog scale(VAS)score was used to evaluate the pain state of patients in resting and moving states before and after nursing,and the incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results The time of getting out of bed,hospitalization,weight bearing and fracture healing in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at rest and exercise,P<0.05.The excellent and good rate of joint function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(91.43%vs 71.43%,P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(5.71%vs 25.71%,P<0.05).Conclusion Relaxation training combined with personalized functional exercise for patients with ankle fracture can speed up their postoperative rehabilitation,improve ankle and hind foot functions,effectively reduce postoperative pain and reduce the risk of complications.
