“317护”微信平台结合互动管理应用于足踝骨折术后健康宣教的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察“317护”微信平台结合互动管理应用于足踝骨折术后健康宣教的干预效果。方法随机将90例足踝骨折术后患者分为传统互动管理模式干预组(A组,n=45)与“317护”微信平台结合互动管理模式干预组(B组,n=45),予以相应的方法各治疗2个疗程。评估患者治疗前后的焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分、自我护理能力量表(exercise of self-care agency scale,ESCA)评分、患者日常生活活动能力评分表(activity of daily living scale,ADL)评分、美国足踝外科协会(American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society,AOFAS)踝-后足评分及出院时患者满意度等指标。结果B组关节恢复优良率(97.78%)高于A组(84.44%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,A组与B组患者治疗后的SAS评分、SDS评分、ESCA评分、ADL评分和AOFAS评分均有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组治疗后的SAS评分、SDS评分均低于A组[(33.72±6.30)分vs(46.53±4.41)分、(31.99±5.83)分vs(44.65±2.72)分,P=0.038、0.035],B组的ESCA评分、ADL评分、AOFAS评分均高于A组[(160.34±7.05)分vs(133.79±8.58)分、(77.87±5.73)分vs(62.25±4.66)分、(72.64±7.43)分vs(57.89±5.96)分,P=0.042、0.040、0.039]。B组的患者满意度高于A组(100.00%vs 83.33%,P=0.039)。结论将“317护”微信平台结合互动管理应用于足踝骨折术后健康宣教中,有利于患者关节功能尽快恢复,可以减轻患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高其自我护理能力和日常生活活动能力,还可改善患者的踝-后足功能及提升患者满意度,具有一定的临床意义。To observe the intervention effect of“317 nursing”WeChat platform combined with interactive management in health education after foot and ankle fracture surgery.Methods 90 patients with foot and ankle fracture after operation were randomly divided into two groups:the traditional interactive management mode intervention group(group A,n=45)and the“317 nursing”We Chat platform combined with interactive management mode intervention group(group B,n=45).They were treated with corresponding methods for two courses of treatment.Evaluate the scores of patients’self rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self rating depression scale(SDS)score,exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)score,activity of daily living scale(ADL)score,American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS)ankle and hindfoot score and patient satisfaction with discharge and other indicators.Results The excellent and good rate of joint recovery in group B(97.78%)was higher than that in group A(84.44%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the SAS score,SDS score,ESCA score,ADL score and AOFAS score of patients in group A and group B were improved after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The SAS score and SDS score after treatment in group B were lower than those in group A[(33.72±6.30)points vs(46.53±4.41)points,(31.99±5.83)points vs(44.65±2.72)points,P=0.038,0.035],and the ESCA score,ADL score and AOFAS score in group B were higher than those in group A[(160.34±7.05)points vs(133.79±8.58)points,(77.87±5.73)points vs(62.25±4.66)points,(72.64±7.43)points vs(57.89±5.96)points,P=0.042,0.040,0.039].The patient satisfaction of group B was higher than that of group A(100.00%vs 83.33%,P=0.039).Conclusion The"317 nursing”WeChat platform combined with interactive management can be applied to health education after ankle fracture surgery,which is conducive to the recovery of patients’joint function as soon as possible,can reduce patients’anxiety and depression,improve t
