摘  要:针对一台220 kV级三相自耦电力变压器在雷电冲击试验时出现的击穿放电故障现象进行了分析。用基于分布电容和行波理论的方法分析了螺旋式调压绕组中的雷电冲击波过程,进而阐述了调压绕组承受的静电感应电压、电磁感应电压、振荡电压和叠加电压的形成原理,通过比较对各分接引线的对地电压大小,分析了相应的放电故障机理和原因,并提出生产设计中加强绝缘、注意分接引线出头导线的折弯半径等预防措施。The breakdown and discharge fault of a 220kV 3-phase autotransformer during the lightning impulse test is analyzed.The wave-process of lightning impulse in spiral voltage regulating winding is studied by using the method of distributed capacitance and traveling wave theory,and the formation principle of electrostatic induction voltage,electromagnetic induction voltage,oscillation voltage and superposition voltage under voltage regulating winding is described.By comparing the voltage of each splitter lead to the ground,the corresponding discharge failure mechanism and causes are analyzed,and preventive measures such as strengthening insulation and paying attention to the bending radius of the lead wire of the splitter lead are put forward in the production design.
