摘 要:通过离体和活体接种的方式分析梨资源对于梨火疫病的抗病水平,为进行优异梨砧木资源选育及梨火疫病的合理防治奠定理论基础。选取秋子梨、豆梨、杜梨、川梨4种梨砧木类型,采用室内离体叶片、室内离体枝条和室外活体嫩梢人工接种的方式,初步评价不同梨砧木种质接种梨火疫病菌(Erwinia amylovora菌株)后的发病率、发病程度,病斑蔓延的程度及病原菌在侵染过程的差异,并对3种人工接种的鉴定方法结果进行相关性分析。结果表明,接种梨火疫病菌后4种梨砧木类型均有发病现象;结合离体叶片、离体枝条和活体嫩梢的抗病分级结果得出,不同梨砧木类型对梨火疫病抗性强弱依次为秋子梨>豆梨>川梨>杜梨。In this experiment,the resistance level of pear resources to pear fire blight was analyzed by in vitro and in vivo inoculation,which is expected to lay a theoretical foundation for breeding of excellent pear rootstock resources and the rational control of pear fire blight.Four types of pear rootstocks including Qiuzi pear,Dou pear,Du pear and Chuan pear were chosen,the incidence rate and incidence of different pear rootstocks inoculated with Erwinia amylovora strain were evaluated by inoculation with indoor leaves,indoor shoots and outdoor shoots.The correlation of three identification methods with artificial inoculation was analyzed.The results showed that all four types of pear rootstocks had disease onset,but the incidence rate was different;according to the results of disease resistance grading of isolated leaves,branches and young shoots in vivo,the order of resistance of different pear rootstocks to pear fire blight was as following:Qiuzi pear>Dou pear>Chuan pear>Du pear.
