摘 要:针对传统的SO_(2)烟气处理方法成本高、处理效果不稳定、难以彻底解决废气危害等弱点,开发出一种低成本、高效,可将环集烟气二次利用的废气处理技术。该技术通过在熔炼主厂房内的熔炼炉出铜及出渣口等处设计环集烟罩,收集环集烟气送入熔炼炉二次风口作二次风用;在吹炼炉出铜、出渣口等处设计环集烟罩,收集环集烟气送入阳极炉烟罩内作稀释风用。实践证明,该技术能有效地处理逸散到空气中的环集烟气,减轻了后续环集脱硫系统的负荷,不需要增设二次风机及稀释风机,减少了项目的投资、运行成本及能耗。In view of the disadvantages of traditional SO_(2)flue gas treatment methods such as high cost,unstable treatment effect,and difficulty in completely solving the waste gas hazards,a low cost and efficient waste gas treatment technology that can recycle the fugitive gas is developed.In this technology,fugitive gas hood is designed at the copper taphole and slag taphole of the smelting furnace in the main smelting plant building to collect the fugitive gas and sent it to the secondary tuyere as secondary air,and fugitive gas hood is design at the copper taphole and slag taphole of the converting furnace to collect fugitive gas and send it to the gas hood of anode furnace as dilution air.Practice has proved that this technology can effectively deal with the fugitive gas escaping into the air,reduce the load of the subsequent fugitive gas desulfurization system,do not need to add secondary fans and dilution fans,and reduce the investment,operation cost and energy consumption of the project.
