摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种迁延难愈的肠道炎症性疾病,目前西医尚无良好根治手段,中医药对于减轻肠道炎症、调节肠道免疫水平等方面有着独特优势。近年来,清热解毒中药及复方在治疗溃疡性结肠炎的研究取得诸多进展,该文从溃疡性结肠炎的中医历史沿革、清热解毒中药及复方在溃疡性结肠炎中的应用等方面对清热解毒中药及复方治疗UC的研究进展进行阐述,以期对UC的临床治疗有参考作用。Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic,nonspecific inflammatory bowel disease,which is recurrent and difficult to cure.Research has proved that heat-clearing and detoxifying medicine and decoction play a therapeutic role in UC from the aspects of repairing intestinal mucosa,regulating immunity,regulating intestinal flora,and regulating the hypercoagulable state of blood.This review summarized the mechanism and application of heat-clearing and detoxifying traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of UC,so as to provide better guidance for clinical treatment.
