摘　　要：介绍了常用抗菌剂的分类、优缺点及其应用情况,简要说明了杂环抗菌剂在国内外的发展情况,并详细介绍了几个国外杂环抗菌剂的合成及应用案例。The classification, advantages and disadvantages of commonly used antibacterial agents and their applications are introduced, the development of heterocyclic antibacterial agents at home and abroad is presented, and several foreign synthesis and application cases of heterocyclic antibacterial agents are introduced in detail.
