摘　　要：借鉴活性染料染羊毛工艺,采用浸渍法对羽绒进行染色,染色后进行固色、水洗、烘干。考察染色温度、染色时间、元明粉用量,以及固色温度、固色时间、固色剂用量对染色性能的影响,并对染色、固色机理进行研究。结果表明:在染色温度85℃、Na_(2)SO_(4)20 g/L、染色时间30 min、固色温度25℃、固色时间15 min、固色剂4 g/L的条件下,染色性能最佳;染色后羽绒的K/S值为2.38,耐皂洗色牢度达到4~5级。Referring to the process of dyeing wool with reactive dyes, the down is dyed by impregnation, and then fixed, washed and dried. The effects of dyeing temperature, dyeing time, the dosage of sodium sulfate, fixing temperature,fixing time, and the dosage of fixing agent on dyeing properties are investigated, and the mechanism of dyeing and fixing is studied. The results show that the dyeing performance is the best under the conditions of dyeing temperature 85 ℃, Na_(2)SO_(4)20 g/L, dyeing time 30 min, fixing temperature 25 ℃, fixing time 15 min and fixing agent 4 g/L. After dyeing, the K/S value of down is 2.38, and the color fastness to soap washing reaches grade 4~5.
