摘  要:以平纹方格布为研究对象,采用细度为1.2D的黏胶短纤和细度为2.2D的聚酰胺(PA56)短纤进行混纺织造,探讨了纺纱方式、纤维混纺比、纱线捻度等纺织参数对PA56/黏胶混纺织物力学性能、耐磨性能、抗起毛起球性能及抗皱性能的影响。结果表明,采用赛络紧密纺可以有效提升织物的力学性能;适当增大PA56纤维的占比和加捻程度可改善织物的力学性能;合理调配纺织参数也可以改善织物性能。Taking plain woven fabric as the research object, the viscose staple fiber with the fineness of 1.2D and PA56 staple fiber with the fineness of 2.2D are used for blending weaving. The effects of spinning mode, fiber blending ratio, yarn twist and other textile parameters on the mechanical properties, wear resistance, pilling resistance and wrinkle resistance of PA56/viscose blended fabric are discussed. The results show that compact siro spinning can effectively improve the mechanical properties of fabrics. The mechanical properties of the fabric were improved by properly increasing the proportion of PA56 fiber and twist. The properties of the fabric can be improved by reasonably adjusting the textile parameters.
