摘 要:从自然界的动植物中难以直接提取绿色染料,因此明亮的绿色通常需要采用2种植物染料套染获得。研究了槐米和青黛粉的套染顺序、青黛粉质量浓度和槐米料液比对染色棉/莫代尔针织物L*、a*、b*值及K/S值的影响,并测试了染色织物的色牢度。结果表明:先染青黛后染槐米的织物上染均匀,K/S值更高,颜色也由蓝色更偏向绿色;随着槐米料液比的减小或者青黛粉质量浓度的增大,染色织物的K/S值不断增大,a*值则呈现先减小后增大的趋势,b*值不断增大,L*值不断减小;套染后织物的耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度均达到4~5级,耐日晒色牢度达到3~4级。It is difficult to extract green dyes directly from animals and plants in nature, so the bright green color is usually obtained by two plant dyes. The effects of dyeing sequence of sophora japonica and indigo naturalis, the mass concentration of indigo naturalis and the material-liquid ratio of sophora japonica on L*,a*, b* value, K/S value and color fastness of the dyed fabric was tested. The results showed that the dyeing sequence of sophora japonica after indigo naturalis was uniform, the K/S value was higher, and the color also changed from blue to green. With the decrease of the material-liquid ratio of sophora japonica or the increase of the concentration of indigo naturalis, the K/S value of dyed fabrics was increased, while the a* value was firstly decreased and then increased, while the b* value increased and L* value was decreased. The color fastness to washing and rubbing was 4~5, and the color fastness to sunlight was 3~4.
