摘 要:为了研究蛇形流场结构对电池性能的影响,通过多物理场直接耦合分析软件COMSOL,建立了质子交换膜燃料蛇形流场三维阴极模型,分析了蛇形流场燃料电池中单、双、三蛇形结构流场对电池流场内压力分布的影响,验证了建立模型的有效性与可靠性;进一步研究在三蛇形流场结构基础上,蛇形燃料电池拐角处设计为直角、圆角两种结构时,对不同拐角结构流场内部以及拐点处流体流速进行了分析.研究发现:三蛇形流场的压力损失相对较小;蛇形燃料电池拐角处设计为圆角结构时,能更好地提高反应气体的流动与扩散,进而提高反应速率.In order to study the influence of snake-like flow field structure on fuel cell performance,a three-dimensional cathode model of snake-like flow field of proton exchange membrane fuel was established by using multi-physical field direct coupling analysis software COMSOL.The influence of single,double and triple serpentine flow fields on the pressure distribution in the cell flow field was analyzed,and the validity and reliability of the established model were verified.On the basis of the three-serpentine flow field structure,when the serpentine fuel cell corner is designed as a right-angle structure and a rounded corner structure,the fluid velocity inside the flow field and at the inflection point of different corner structures are analyzed.The results showed that the pressure loss of the three-serpentine flow field is relatively small.The serpentine fuel cell with a rounded corner structure can improve the flow and diffusion of reaction gas,thus increasing the reaction rate.
