摘  要:目的通过胎儿全身血管水晶包埋改良制作探索设计大包埋量水晶标本的改良制作方法,为后续大包埋量水晶标本的制作研究提供参考。方法通过设计双层模具,调整滴胶的配比为3.5∶1,采取鱼线上下牵拉固定标本,降低室温,以减少大包埋量水晶标本制作过程中的气泡和爆聚现象的产生。结果胎儿全身血管水晶滴胶标本无细小断落分支、无浑浊变色、无气泡和爆聚现象等产生,可以从不同角度清晰地观察胶体中胎儿全身血管标本的分布及其走行,形态真实饱满,三维立体感强,能有效保存胎儿全身血管标本。结论经过改良优化后的制作工艺可以有效避免气泡和爆聚现象的产生,提高包埋制作成功率,能很好地保存大包埋量的铸型标本。Objective To explore the method of improving the production of crystal specimen with large embedding quantity through the improvement of fetal systemic blood vessels based on cast specimens,and to provide reference for the subsequent research on the production of large embedding quantity crystal specimens.Methods By designing the double-layer mold,adjusting the ratio of crystal drops to 3.5∶1,using the fishing line up and down to fix the specimen,lowering the room temperature,so as to reduce the bubble and popping phenomenon during the process of production of large embedding quantity crystal specimens.Results There was no small broken branches,no turbidity or discoloration,no bubbles or popping phenomenon in the crystal specimens of fetal systemic blood vessels.The distribution and movement of the blood vessels in the fetal body can be clearly observed from different angles.The crystal specimens was full in shape with strong three-dimensional sense,which can effectively preserve the specimens of fetal systemic blood vessels.Conclusion The modified crystal embedding method can effectively avoid the occurrence of bubble and popping phenomenon,improve the success rate of crystal specimens production,and preserve the crystal specimens with large embedding quantity well.
