摘　　要：利用数字技术优化市场体系,创新服务方式是促进通航产业转型升级的重要手段。现阶段,我国通用航空产业数字化转型面临市场主体单一、模式创新不足、服务衔接不畅、大众消费低迷、“放管服”政策滞后等诸多问题,以SCP范式为分析框架,从市场内部机制与外部因素两个维度,探寻通用航空产业市场体系运行逻辑,为数字化转型促进通航产业高质量发展提供了理论参考。其实现路径是:产业内部从提升“内功”入手,激发市场主体活力,提高协同服务水平,打造产业发展生态,挖掘服务价值。产业外部从培育环境开始,健全产业政策体系,打好政策组合拳,发挥数字技术优势,推动产业转型升级。Optimizing the market system by digital technology and innovating the service mode are important means to promote the transformation and upgrading of the general aviation industry.At present,the digital transformation of Chinese general aviation industry faces many problems,such as the single market subject,insufficient model innovation,poor service convergence,low public consumption,and lagging policy of"release,management and service".The SCP paradigm is used as the analysis framework to explore the operation logic of the general aviation industry market system from the perspectives of internal market mechanism and external factors,which provides a theoretical basis for the digital transformation to promote the high-quality development of the general aviation industry.The realization path is as follows:improving"internal skills"within the industry,stimulating the vitality of market players,improving the collaborative services,creating an industrial development ecology and improving the service value.For the outside of industry,cultivating the environment,improving the industrial policy system,making good use of the good policies inside and outside and giving play to the advantages of digital technology to promote industrial transformation and upgrading are proposed to be adopted.
