摘　　要：免疫检查点分子参与T细胞的功能调节,防止其攻击自身组织,在免疫反应稳态中发挥了重要的作用。免疫检查点抑制剂(ICIs)在免疫系统受到抑制时可恢复机体免疫系统对肿瘤的杀伤能力,为多数恶性肿瘤提供了一个有效的治疗方法,现已成为肿瘤治疗的研究热点。然而,在恶性肿瘤治疗中,ICIs的广泛应用导致了心血管系统的免疫相关不良事件,其中心脏毒性是较常见的ICIs相关免疫毒性反应之一,如心肌病、心肌炎和致命性心力衰竭,但常常易被人们忽视。本文就不同ICIs对心脏的不良反应及其防治作一综述。Immune checkpoint molecules are involved in the functional regulation of T cells to prevent them from attacking their own tissues and play an important role in the homeostasis of immune response. Immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs) can restore the ability of the immune system to kill tumors when the immune system is suppressed, providing an effective method for the treatment of most malignant tumors, and have become a research focus of tumor therapy.However, the wide application of ICIs in the treatment of malignant tumors has led to immune-related adverse events in the cardiovascular system, among which cardiotoxicity is one of the more common ICIs-based immunotoxic reactions, such as cardiomyopathy, myocarditis and fatal heart failure, but it is easy to be ignored. This article reviews the adverse reactions of different ICIs to the heart and their prevention and treatment.
