摘　　要：科技成果转化是联结基础研究、应用研究与市场需求的关键环节。文章基于三螺旋理论,从政府、社会、高校院所、科研机构、企业等方面系统梳理江苏科技成果转化现状,并在此基础上分析江苏成果转化工作中存在的主要问题,提出三螺旋视角下科技成果转化机制,最后结合深入实施创新驱动发展战略实际,指出促进江苏科技成果转化工作的对策建议。The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is a key link connecting basic research,application research and market demand.Based on the triple helix theory,this paper systematically combs the status quo of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Jiangsu from the aspects of government,society,colleges and universities,scientific research institutions,enterprises,etc.,and on this basis,analyzes the main problems existing in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Jiangsu,puts forward the transformation mechanism of scientific and technological achievements under the perspective of triple helix,and finally points out the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Jiangsu in combination with the in-depth implementation of innovation driven development strategy.
