摘　　要：文章立足于当前高校图书馆信息资源体系建设现状与面临的发展困境,深入分析了“十四五”中后期信息资源体系建设的主要发展趋势,认为高校图书馆应坚持“用户中心”理念,精准感知用户需求,提供多元化信息服务方式,注重数据资源安全风险防范。基于此,高校图书馆信息资源优化应根据用户现实需求,调整资源比例、规范数据存储、保障数据安全,构建精准、高效、便捷的供给侧信息资源服务体系。Based on the current situation of the construction of the information resource system of university libraries and the development difficulties faced by it,this paper deeply analyzes the main development trends of the construction of the information resource system in the middle and later periods of the“14th Five-Year Plan”,and believes that university libraries should adhere to the concept of“user center”,accurately perceive user needs,provide diversified information services,and pay attention to the prevention of data resource security risks.Therefore,the optimization of information resources in university libraries should be based on the actual needs of users,adjust the proportion of resources,standardize data storage,ensure data security,and build an accurate,efficient and convenient supply side information resource service system.
