摘　　要：数字政府作为数字中国战略的主要内容,已成为各地政府推进治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要工作。文章研究分析数字政府评估工作相关理论实践,围绕《江苏省“十四五”数字政府建设规划》,分析数字政府评估要素,探索形成符合江苏特色的数字政府发展水平评估路径,为以评促建推动江苏省数字政府高质量协调发展提供支撑。As the main content of digital China strategy,digital government has become an important task for local governments to promote the modernization of governance system and capability.Based on the 14th Five-Year Plan Digital Government Construction Plan of Jiangsu Province,through the analysis of evaluation elements of digital government,a set of systematic,scientific and characteristic evaluation index system for the development level of digital government is formed.It lays a foundation for promoting the high-quality and coordinated development of“digital government”in Jiangsu province by appraising and promoting construction.
