摘 要:采用超声波协同芬顿试剂处理中性红模拟废水,在探究n(H_(2)O_(2))∶n(Fe^(2+))、pH值、处理时间、处理温度等单因素对脱色率影响的基础上,以脱色率为响应值,选择n(H_(2)O_(2))∶n(Fe^(2+))、处理时间、温度3个因素,通过Box-Behnken响应面试验设计,优化中性红模拟废水处理工艺,建立影响因素的二次回归模型。结果表明,最优处理工艺为:废水pH值为4,超声功率为480 W,n(H_(2)O_(2))∶n(Fe^(2+))为206.67∶1,处理时间为36.33 min,温度为51.33℃,此条件下脱色率达97.60%,所得回归模型具有高度显著性(P<0.0001),失拟不显著(P=0.6198),模型对试验拟合较好(R2=0.9768),此工艺可为中性红染料废水的处理提供参考。Neutral red simulated wastewater was treated by ultrasound combined with Fenton reagent.On the basis of exploring the effects of n(H_(2)O_(2))∶n(Fe^(2+)),pH value,treatment time,treatment temperature and some single factor on the decolorization ratio,taking the decolorization ratio as the response value,three factors:n(H_(2)O_(2))∶n(Fe^(2+)),treatment time and treatment temperature were selected to optimize the neutral red simulated wastewater treatment process through Box-Behnken response surface test design,the quadratic regression model of influencing factors was established.The results showed that,the optimal condition for the said kind of wastewater treatment was:the pH value of the wastewater was 4,the ultrasound power was 480 W,the n(H_(2)O_(2))∶n(Fe^(2+))was 206.67∶1,the time was 36.33 min,the temperature was 51.33℃.Under the above condition,the decolorization rate reached 97.60%,the regression model showed high significance(P<0.0001),the mismatch was not significant(P=0.6198),and the model fitted the test well(R2=0.9768).The process can provide a theroretical reference for the treatment of wastewater containing neutral red dyestuff.
