摘 要:采用正交试验和单因素试验考察微波法对反渗透浓水有机物降解效果的影响。结果表明,在敏化剂存在的体系中,微波可有效降解反渗透浓水中的有机物,3个关键因素的影响排序为:药剂量>微波功率>微波时间,药剂量是决定处理效果的关键因素。优选组合为敏化剂加药量500 mg/L,微波辐照时间5 min,微波功率600 W,可将COD质量浓度由121 mg/L降至40 mg/L左右,低于上海市地方标准DB31/199—2018《污水综合排放标准》规定的排放限值。从经济运行和达标排放的角度考虑,在维持微波参数不变的条件下,可将敏化剂加药量进一步降至300 mg/L,此时出水COD值依然满足排放标准。敏化剂在有机物降解反应中主要起到能量强化和传递的作用,将使用后的敏化剂滤干后回用,可以进一步节约药剂成本。Orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment were used to investigate the effect of microwave method degrading organic matters in reverse osmosis concentrated water.The results showed that,in the presence of sensitizer,microwave could effectively degrade the organic matters in reverse osmosis concentrated water,the influence order of the three key factors is:reagent dosage>microwave power>microwave time,which indicates that reagent dosage was the key factor determining the treatment effect.The optimal combination is as follows:the sensitizer dosage is 500 mg/L,the microwave irradiation time is 5 min,and the microwave power is 600 W,under the above condition,the COD mass concentration could be reduced from 121 to about 40 mg/L,which lower than the emission limit in DB31/199-2018 Intergrated wastewater discharge standard.From the perspective of economic operation and discharge standard,under the condition that the microwave parameters are invariable,the COD mass concentration of the effluent water still met the discharge standard when the sensitizer dosage was reduced to 300 mg/L.Sensitizer mainly plays the role of energy enhancement and transmission in organic matters degradation,the used sensitizer can be filtered and reused so as to further save the reagent cost.
