摘  要:以丙烯酸、马来酸酐、L-谷氨酸等为原料制备MGA-AA共聚物。研究其在多晶硅工艺多介质水中对碳酸钙、硅胶及硅酸盐的阻垢及缓蚀性能。当共聚物质量浓度为120 mg/L,阻钙垢效果最好;当共聚物质量浓度为150 mg/L时,对SiO2抑制作用最好;当共聚物质量浓度为200 mg/L时,对全硅抑制效果最好;当共聚物质量浓度为250 mg/L时,对Q235碳钢的缓蚀率达到80%以上。电化学分析表明,引入该共聚物可以减缓碳钢的腐蚀。通过COMSOL软件建立管道腐蚀的电化学模型,剖析内部腐蚀机理及腐蚀影响因素,可为设备防腐提供有效的理论依据。MGA-AA compolymer was prepared with acrylic acid,maleic anhydride and L-glutamic acid as raw materials,its scale inhibition and corrosion mitigation performance on calcium carbonate,silica gel and silicate in multi-medium water from polycrystalline silicon process was studied.The best inhibition performance on calcium,SiO2,and total silicon were obtained when the mass concentrations of copolymer were 120,150 and 200 mg/L respectively,when the mass concentration of copolymer was 250 mg/L,the inhibition rate of Q235 carbon steel reached above 80%.The electrochemical analysis showed that,adding the said copolymer could decelerate the corrosion of carbon steel.The electrochemical model of pipe corrosion was built through COMSOL software,the internal corrosion mechanism and the influence of the corrosion were analyzed,which could provide theoretical basis for equipments′anticorrosion.
