摘　　要：通过定量分析和定性访谈,对122种国谈药品在浙江省2020年—2021年的使用情况进行研究。本文发现,国谈药品的配备情况在药品分类、地区、机构间均存在差异,部分地区落地效果并不理想。影响因素包括卫健部门考核限制、医保政策限制、医疗机构动力限制、药店供应限制和药品自身特性限制等。建议充分做好政策的预期、协同、宣传、监测与评价。Based on quantitative analysis and qualitative interview, this paper studies the use of 122 kinds of national negotiation drugs in Zhejiang Province from 2020 to 2021. There are differences in drug classification,regions and institutions in the allocation of national negotiation drugs, and the implementation in some regions is not ideal. The influencing factors are the performance assessment limit of the healthcare department, the limit of the medical insurance policy, the limit of the medical institution incentive, the supply limit of the pharmacy and the limit of the drug’s own characteristics. The policy is suggested to be fully expected, coordinated, publicized, monitored and evaluated.
