摘　　要：长期护理保险费用支付方式对合理配置长期护理服务资源,维持长期护理保险基金收支平衡,调节长期护理保险供需双方行为具有重要作用。本文以W市长期护理保险试点为例,采用调查研究的方法,总结W市长期护理保险费用支付方式具体内容,分析实施过程中存在的问题,提出优化长期护理保险费用支付方式的具体建议。The payment of long-term care insurance plays an important role in allocating long-term care service resources rationally, maintaining the balance of long-term care insurance fund and adjusting the behaviors of both the supply and demand parties of long-term care insurance. This paper takes the long-term care insurance pilot of W City as an example, adopts the method of investigation and research, summarizes the contents of the long-term care insurance payment method in W City, analyzes the problems existing in the implementation process, and puts forward suggestions to optimize the long-term care insurance payment method.
