摘 要:以炭气凝胶(CA)和氧化石墨烯(rGo)为原料,制备得到炭气凝胶/石墨烯薄膜。炭气凝胶的引入,避免了石墨烯片层紧密堆积或团聚,使得材料呈现松散堆叠。将CA/GO-4炭气凝胶/石墨烯薄膜用作柔性超级电容器电极,获得了高循环寿命的柔性超级电容器,在充放电循环10 000次后容量保持率高达90.21%,呈现出了较高的比电容。制备得到的薄膜不仅可满足柔性超级电容器电极材料的要求,石墨烯还兼具集流体的作用,大幅降低了超级电容器的内阻,极大提升了其电化学性能。Carbon aerogels/graphene thin films were prepared from carbon aerogels(CA) and graphene oxide(rGo)as raw materials. The introduction of carbon aerogels avoided the close stacking or agglomeration of graphene sheets and made the materials loose. The CA/GO-4 carbon aerogel/graphene thin film was used as flexible supercapacitor electrode, and a high cycle life flexible supercapacitor was obtained. After 10 000 cycles of charge and discharge, the capacity retention rate was as high as 90.21%, which also showed a higher specific capacitance. The prepared films can not only meet the requirements of electrode materials for flexible supercapacitors, but also have the function of fluid collector, which greatly reduced the internal resistance of supercapacitors and greatly improved their electrochemical properties.
