对彩色相纸功能层涂布稳定性验证的方法研究

摘　　要：本文采用设备比对、重复性、再现性分析方式,对彩色相纸功能层稳定性进行验证,在确保检验结果准确性的基础上,验证并确定了设备运行稳健性及其工艺参数。另外,本文在开展涂布性能稳定性试验的比对性研究过程中,参照相关检验标准,通过对比,各参数的误差均在标准允许范围内,本文所研究分析的结果重复性及再现性较好,进一步验证了设备运行工艺参数的稳健性。The stability of the functional layer of Colour Photographic Paper is verified by means of equipment comparison,repeatability and reproducibility analysis.On the basis of ensuring the accuracy of the inspection results,the equipment operation robustness and process parameters are verified and determined.In addition,in the process of carrying out the comparative study on the stability test of coating performance,this paper referred to the relevant inspection standards.Through comparison,the error of each parameter was within the allowable range of the standard.The repeatability and reproducibility of the results studied and analyzed in this paper are good,which further verified the robustness of the e quipment operation process parameters.
