摘  要:全尺寸飞机结构强度试验中,对飞机姿态及加载系统运行状态进行实时监控尤为重要。针对现有的多路故障检测装置电路复杂、功能单一及通用性差等缺陷,提出一种试验安全信号分类监测及保护技术,设计一种基于PLC的全机结构强度试验分级多路故障监测系统,实现对试验运行过程中多路安全信号的实时监测、逻辑运算以及分级响应。该智能监测系统成功应用在全机结构强度试验中,对试验件的保护及试验效率提升具有重要意义。In the strength test of full,scale aircralt structure,the real-time monitoring of aircrat atude and loading system is very important.In view of the existing multiple fault detection device circuit complexity,single function and general some shortcomings,for the first time in this paper,a test safety monitoring signal lasication and protection technology,innovative design of the machine based on PLC is a kind of structure strength test multichannel fault monitoring system.realize the test in the process of running multiple satety signals in real-lime monitoring,logic operation and graded response.The itll gent monitoring system has been scessully applied in the structural strength test of the whole machine.which is of great significance to the protection of test parts and the improvement of test efficiency.
