宜宾市纺织产业园区噪声作业特征分析

摘　　要：目的 分析四川省宜宾市纺织产业园区企业噪声作业特征,了解噪声作业对纺织工人健康的影响,为制定纺织企业噪声危害防治策略提供依据。方法 开展宜宾市纺织产业园区企业噪声监测及职业健康检查,并对纺织工人的性别、年龄和工龄特征及工段和工作场所噪声监测结果进行统计分析。结果 共监测企业4家、纺织工人685人,其中职业健康检查685人,双耳高频平均听阈(BHFTA)增高(≥40 dB)检出率为5.26%。Logistic回归分析显示性别、年龄、工龄和车间是BHFTA增高的影响因素,且工龄和年龄存在交互作用(OR=0.867,95%CI:0.819~0.917)。结论 宜宾市纺织产业园区企业存在噪声职业危害,需加强作业场所防护措施、工人个体职业防护和健康监护,女性、年龄大和工龄长是BHFTA增高的危险因素。Objective To analyze the characteristics of noise exposure in the enterprises in the textile industrial park of Yibin city, Sichuan province, and grasp the influence of noise operation on the health of textile workers, so as to provide basis for formulating prevention and control strategies of noise hazards in the textile industry. Methods The noise and occupational health inspection were carried out for the enterprises in Yibin textile industrial park, and the monitoring results were statistically analyzed in terms of textile worker’s gender, age, length of service, working section and workplace. Results Totally 4 enterprises were monitored and 685 textile workers joined the occupational health examination. The detection rate of binaural high-frequency threshold of audibility(BHFTA) increasing(≥40 dB) was 5.26%. The result of logistic regression analysis showed the female, age, length of service and workshop were the influencing factors for the increase of BHFTA, and there was interaction between length of service and age(OR=0.867, 95%CI: 0.819-0.917). Conclusions The occupational hazard of noise exists in the textile industry in Yibin city. It is necessary to strengthen the protective measures at the workplace, the individual occupational protection of workers and the health monitoring of workers. Female, old age and length of service are the risk factors for the increase of BHFTA.
