摘　　要：目的:使用随机对照试验(RCT)的荟萃分析,阐明羟氯喹(HCQ)对骨性关节炎(OA)的影响。方法:以"羟氯喹"、"骨性关节炎"为关键词检索各数据库,纳入RCT研究,比较OA患者中的使用HCQ疗效和安全性,并通过评估的疼痛和功能量表等结果进行随机效应荟萃分析。用Revman5.3软件对纳入文献进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入5项RCT研究,共纳入528例OA患者,随访时间3~24个月,结果分析,149例治疗组应用西安大略麦马斯特大学骨性关节炎可视化功能量表指数[ SMD=0.10,95% CI(-0.69,0.89), I2=0.85];106例治疗组视觉疼痛模拟(VAS)评分:[ SMD=0.02,95% CI(-2.69,2.73), I2=0.00]与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义。不良反应两组比较无统计学差异。 结论:羟氯喹治疗骨性关节炎的疗效和止痛效果各研究存在差异,有待进一步研究。Objective To elucidate the efficacy of hydroxychloroquine(HCQ)in osteoarthritis(OA)via a Meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials(RCTs).Methods We used"hydroxychloroquine"and"osteoarthritis"as keywords for literature search in related databases.Only RCTs were included.The therapeutic efficacy and safety of HCQ were compared among the OA patients.A Meta-analysis with random-effect model was performed to assess the pain and function scales in the patients.Revman 5.3 software was used for Mmeta-analysis of the literature included.Results Five RCT studies were finally included,comprising a total of 528 OA patients.The length of follow-up was 3 to 24 months.As shown by the Meta-analysis,the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index(WOMAC)in 149 patients on HCQ[SMD=0.10,95%CI(-0.69,0.89),I2=0.85]and visual analogue score(VAS)of pain in 106 patients on HCQ[SMD=0.02,95%CI(-2.69,2.73),I2=0.00]were not statistically different compared with the control group.There was no statistical difference in adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy and pain-relieving effect of hydroxychloroquine as a treatment of osteoarthritis differ across studies,rendering further research needed.
