摘 要:目的分析坏死性筋膜炎(NF)的病原菌分布及药敏特征。方法收集2012年至2021年于北京大学第一医院整形烧伤科住院治疗的NF患者感染组织标本,使用标准化流程进行病原菌培养和分离鉴定,并测定细菌的药物敏感率。结果在纳入的45例NF患者中,共分离出非重复细菌70株,其中革兰氏阳性菌40株,主要为溶血葡萄球菌(9株)和屎肠球菌(7株),对万古霉素、利奈唑胺及替加环素敏感率较高;革兰氏阴性菌30株,主要为大肠埃希菌7株和肺炎克雷伯菌5株,对亚胺培南、美罗培南及阿米卡星等敏感率较高。结论NF致病菌种类较多,以革兰氏阳性菌为主。快速、有效地抗感染治疗对NF有重要意义。Objective To investigate the pathogen distribution and drug sensitivity in necrotizing fasciitis(NF).Methods The tissue samples of NF patients hospitalized in our department from 2012 to 2021 were collected.The pathogen culture,isolation and identification were carried out by standardized method,and the drug sensitivity was tested.Results A total of 70 strains were collected from 45 NF patients.Among them,40 strains were Gram-positive bacteria,mainly Staphylococcus haemolyticus(9 strains)and Enterococcus faecium(7 strains),which were highly sensitive to vancomycin,linezolid and tigecycline.There were 30 strains of Gram-negative bacteria,including 7 strains of Escherichia coli and 5 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae.They were highly sensitive to imipenem,meropenem and amikacin.Conclusion The pathogens of NF were diverse,mainly Gram-positive bacteria.Rapid and effective anti-infection treatment is of great importance to NF.
