摘 要:替格瑞洛可阻断血小板的活化和聚集,用于预防急性冠状动脉综合征和既往心肌梗死患者的血栓事件,其临床应用受制于不良事件的发生及个体差异。因此,替格瑞洛的血药浓度测定和药代动力学研究对于其临床合理应用十分必要。液相色谱-质谱联用技术是目前测定替格瑞洛及其活性代谢产物最广泛的检测方法之一。本综述就替格瑞洛的药代动力学特点及血药浓度测定方法进行概述,旨在为替格瑞洛治疗药物监测的开展提供参考。Ticagrelor can block the activation and aggregation of thrombocytes,and is used to prevent thrombotic events in patients with acute coronary syndrome and previous myocardial infarction.Its clinical application is subject to the occurrence of adverse events and the individual difference.Therefore,the blood concentration monitoring and pharmacokinetic research of ticagrelor are necessary for its reasonable clinical requirement.LC-MS technology is presently one of the most extensively detection methods for the determination of ticagrelor and its active metabolites.This review summarizes the pharmacokinetic characteristics of ticagrelor and the methods for determination of blood concentration,aiming to provide a reference for the development of ticagrelor therapeutic drug.
