摘 要:以带有阳离子的改性瓜尔胶(CGG)与季铵化壳聚糖(HACC)共混物作为铸膜液,在聚砜支撑层材料上进行表面涂覆,通过相转化法形成超薄分离层,从而制备得到一种天然聚合物交联荷正电纳滤膜。结果证明:在25℃,60%相对湿度条件下,由阳离子瓜尔胶浓度为3.4wt%与季铵化壳聚糖浓度为1.7wt%(溶质配比为2:1的共混溶液)制备而成的纳滤膜性能最佳。该复合膜在25℃,1.0 MPa操作压力下对NaCl和MgCl_(2)的截留率分别为25.0%和97.1%,水通量为40.8 L/(m^(2)·h),对于二价盐和一价盐具有较高的选择脱除效果。Using cationic modified guar gum (CGG) and quaternary ammonium chitosan (HACC) blends as casting solution,the surface of the polysulfone supporting layer was coated,and the ultrathin separation layer was formed by phase transformation method,thus a natural polymer crosslinked positively charged nanofiltration membrane was prepared.The results showed that at 25℃ and 60% relative humidity,the nanofiltration membrane prepared by cationic guar gum concentration of 3.4wt% and quaternized chitosan concentration of 1.7wt%(a mixture of solute ratio of 2:1)had the best performance.Under the conditions of 25℃ and 60% relative humidity,the nanofiltration membrane prepared by cationic guar gum concentration of 3.4wt% and quaternized chitosan concentration of 1.7wt%(solute ratio of 2:1) has the best performance.At 25℃ and 1.0 MPa operating pressure,the rejection rates of NaCl and MgCl_(2)are 25.0% and 97.1%,respectively,and the water flux is 40.8 L/(m^(2)·h).The composite membrane has a high selective removal effect for bivalent salt and monovalent salt.
