摘 要:分别采用共沉淀法和相转化法制备了Co-Ni层状双氢氧化物(Co-Ni LDHs)和Co-Ni LDHs杂化聚醚砜膜(Co-Ni LDHs/PES)。通过FT-IR、XRD、SEM、TEM、EDX和拉伸强度测试对产物进行了表征。结果表明,所制备的Co-Ni LDHs/PES膜具有优异的机械性和亲水性。当LDHs的负载量为5 mg/L,PMS和AO7浓度分别为1 mmol/L和0.05 mmol/L时,反应20 min,AO7的去除率高达96.58%。Co-Ni LDHs/PES的离子浸出量远小于Co-Ni LDHs。重复使用四次后,Co-Ni LDHs/PES仍具有良好的催化性能。通过自由基猝灭实验和XPS分析研究了Co-Ni LDHs/PES的催化降解机理。在LDHs/PMS体系中同时产生了SO_(4)^(·-)、·OH、^(1)O_(2)和OO_(2)^(·-),其中后者在AO7降解中发挥了重要作用。The Co-Ni layered double hydroxides (Co-Ni LDHs) were prepared using co-precipitation method and Co-Ni LDHs hybrid polyether sulfone membranes (Co-Ni LDHs/PES) were prepared by phase inversion method,respectively.The products were characterized by FT-IR,XRD,SEM,TEM and tensile strength test.Results showed that the Co-Ni LDHs/PES membranes as prepared had excellent mechanical property and hydrophilicity.As the loading of LDHs was 5mg/L,the dosage of PMS and AO7 was 1 mmol/L and 0.05 mmol/L,respectively,the degradation rate of AO7 can reach 96.58% within 20 min.The ion leaching of Co-Ni LDHs/PES was much less than that of Co-Ni LDHs.After repeated used for four times,Co-Ni LDHs/PES still has good catalytic performance.The catalytic degradation mechanism of Co-Ni LDHs/PES was studied by free radical quenching experiments and XPS analysis.The main active species in the catalytic oxidation system are SO_(4)^(·-),·OH,^(1)O_(2)and O_(2)^(·-),where the latter plays an important role in the degradation of AO7.
