摘  要:使用海藻酸钠(SA)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)作为载体、以氯化钙(CaCl_(2))和硼酸(H_(3)BO_(3))为交联剂,制作固定化小球藻,在筛选最佳制备条件的基础上探讨固定化小球藻对人工废水和养殖用水的净化效果。结果表明,当SA和CaCl_(2)质量分数均为2%,PVA和H_(3)BO_(3)质量分数分别为1%和3%,交联时间为12 h时制备的固定化小球藻最佳。PVA质量分数为1%时固定化小球藻去除人工废水中的氨氮、亚硝态氮、硝态氮和总磷的效果最好,去除率分别为60.92%、77.04%、79.06%和83.38%。在草金鱼循环水实验中应用,固定化小球藻去除氮磷效果较对照组有显著优势。Using sodium alginate (SA) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as carriers,calcium chloride (CaCl_(2)) and boric acid (H_(3)BO_(3)) as crosslinking agents,were prepared to immobilize Chlorella.Based on the best preparation conditions,the purification effect of the immobilized Chlorella on artificial wastewater and aquaculture water was discussed.When the concentrations of SA,CaCl_(2),PVA,and H_(3)BO_(3)were 2%,2%,1%,and 3% respectively,and the crosslinking time was 12 h.The results showed that the immobilized Chlorella was the best.When the concentration of PVA was 1%,the immobilized Chlorella was the best to remove ammonia nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,and total phosphorus in the artificial wastewater,and the removal rates were 60.92%,77.04%,79.06%,and 83.38%respectively.The application of the immobilized Chlorella in the circulating water of grass goldfish has a significant advantage over the control group.
