摘  要:介绍了一种两相分段进水厌氧折流板反应器(SABR),用于处理高浓度模拟废水,通过两相与分段进水,在温度为(35±1)℃、50天时实现了反应器的快速启动,并考察了不同分段进水比例对各格室实际COD去除量和第二段产甲烷相累积去除率的影响。试验证明:两相与分段进水结合加速反应器的启动是可靠的,运行至第50 d,总去除率达到80%,反应器启动成功,分段进水比为7:5:3:2时各格室的实际去除量最接近,能有效增大产甲烷相后端格室的利用率,在CSTR的VLK分别为24.0 kg/(m^(3)·d)和28.8 kg/(m^(3)·d)时累积去除率为93.3%和92.8%。It introduces a two-phase staged influent anaerobic baffled reactor (SABR).It is mainly used to treat high-concentration simulated wastewater.This process is through two-phase and staged water inflow.The temperature is (35±1)℃,and the reactor is quickly started on the 50th day.The effect of the actual COD removal in each cell and the cumulative removal rate of the second-stage methane-producing phase.This test proves that the combination of two-phase and staged water feed to accelerate the start-up of the reactor is reliable.When the operation reached the 50th day,the total removal rate reached 80%,and the reactor was successfully started.Moreover,when the water inlet ratio is 7:5:3:2,the actual removal amount of each cell is the closest,which can make full use of the removal space of the methanogenic cell.When the VLK was 24.0 kg/(m^(3)·d) and 28.8kg/(m^(3)·d),the cumulative removal rates were 93.3% and 92.8%,respectively.
