摘 要:本文采用多家电厂不同水质特点的脱硫废水进行化学沉淀与微滤膜一体化试验研究,探究不同水质特点的火电厂脱硫废水对管式微滤运行的影响及适用性,结果表明不同水质特点的火电厂脱硫废水在相同微滤系统运行条件下,经微滤系统处理后的脱硫废水硬度去除效果均较好,水中的Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)离子可降至较低水平,TOC去除率相比传统混凝澄清处理效果有所提高;但当脱硫废水中Mg^(2+)离子含量占比超过60%以上时,易造成微滤系统污堵现象,导致产水水量和微滤膜通量衰减严重。The influence of desulfurized wastewater with different water quality characteristics on the operation of microfiltration and its applicability to the treatment by microfiltration were studied by using the experiment of chemical precipitation and microfiltration membrane from several power plants.The results showed that the desulfurization wastewater from thermal power plants with different water quality characteristics had better removal effect after being treated by the microfiltration system under the same conditions.The content of Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+)in the water could be reduced to a lower level, at the sametime,the removal rate of TOC was improved compared with the traditional coagulation and clarification treatment effect.However,when the content of Mg^(2+)in desulfurized wastewater exceeds 60%, it is easy to cause fouling and plugging in the microfiltration system, leading to serious flux attenuation of microfiltration membrane.
