摘  要:采用MBBR工艺对广东省某污水厂原UCT工艺进行提标改造。在好氧区投加悬浮载体进行改造后,通过随机取样检测,MBBR填料的挂膜生物量在20.98~27.91 g/m^(2),系统出水COD、BOD5、TN、氨氮、TP、SS均值分别为10.93、2.99、8.70、0.38、0.10、2.45 mg/L,稳定达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002)准IV类标准。改造后生化池在不投加外部碳源情况下,氨氮和总氮实际容积负荷分别为0.10 kg/(m^(3)·d)和0.11 kg/(m^(3)·d),去除效率较改造前分别提升25%和50%。The MBBR process was used to reform a wastewater treatment plant(WWTP) with UCT process in Guangdong province. Suspension carriers were added in the aerobic area. By random sampling, when the biomass of MBBR was 20.98~27.91 g/m^(2), the COD, BOD5, TN, ammonianitrogen, TP, and SS in the effluent after upgradation were 10.93, 2.99, 8.7, 0.38, 0.1 and 2.45 mg/L, respectively, which stably meet the Class IV standard of the Environmental Quality Standard for Surface Water(GB3838-2002). The actual volume loads of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen were 0.10 kg/(m^(3)·d) and 0.11 kg/(m^(3)·d), respectively, without the addition of an external carbon source. The removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen increased by 25% and 50% respectively than that of before the upgradation.
