摘　　要：水上运输行业是我国物流体系的重要组成部分,对经济全球化和物流全球化发挥着重要的作用。水上运输业上市公司是水上运输业高质量发展的重要支柱,应在运输结构调整中发挥“头羊效应”。文章运用因子分析法对我国水上运输业经营业绩做出评价,对于水上运输上市公司转型升级,并更好地适应外部环境,最大程度地发挥对其他水上运输业的引领作用具有重要意义。结果表明,水上运输行业上市公司带动水上运输行业高质量发展需要从优化水上运输业务结构、加快技术创新、优化航线布局等方面综合发力。The water transportation industry is a momentous part of Chinese logistics system and plays an essential role in economic globalization and logistics globalization. Listed companies in the water transportation industry are an important pillar for the high-quality development of the water transportation industry, and should play the "lead sheep effect" in the adjustment of the transportation structure. Using factor analysis to evaluate the performance of Chinese water transportation industry is of great significance for the transformation and upgrading of listed water transportation companies, better adapting to the external environment,and maximizing their leading role in other water transportation enterprises. The results show that listed companies in the water transportation industry need to make comprehensive efforts from optimizing the water transportation business structure, accelerating technological innovation, and optimizing the route layout to drive the high-quality development of the water transportation industry.
