摘 要:为了进一步优化哈尔滨市农产品物流园区选址规划,运用精确重心法对哈尔滨市农产品物流园区进行选址,最终确定哈尔滨市农产品物流园区的理想选址位于南岗区三环学府立交桥西北方向,其经纬度坐标为(126.604205,45.677138)。运用模糊综合评价法对精确重心法选址结果进行合理性评估,构建了模糊综合评价指标,并进行了二级模糊综合评判和多层次模糊综合评判,评估结果证实了精确重心法进行哈尔滨市农产品物流园区选址的合理性。选址结果可为哈尔滨市综合型农产品物流园区建设、布局规划提供参考。In order to further optimize the site selection planning of Harbin agricultural products logistics park, the precise center of gravity method is used to select the site of Harbin agricultural products logistics park. Finally, it is determined that the ideal site of Harbin agricultural products logistics park is located in the northwest of Xuefu overpass on the third ring road in Nangang District, and its longitude and latitude coordinates are(126.604 205, 45.677 138). The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the rationality of the site selection results of the precise center of gravity method, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index is constructed, and the two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are carried out. The evaluation results confirm the rationality of the site selection of Harbin agricultural products logistics park by the precise center of gravity method. The site selection results can provide reference for the construction and layout planning of comprehensive agricultural products logistics park in Harbin.
