摘 要:新冠肺炎疫情背景下,医疗废物的积压不仅影响医院正常运作且容易加剧病毒感染风险,因此研究医疗废物的处置问题具有十分重要的现实意义。以经济成本和感染性风险最小化为决策目标,构建感染性医疗废物多目标处置网络决策模型,运用NSGA2算法对感染性医疗废物的分配和处理方案进行了优化。最后,以疫情期间某一市级区域内的医疗废物处置网络为例,运用MATLAB进行了仿真模拟。In the context of COVID-19 epidemic, the backlog of medical waste not only affects the normal operation of hospitals but also tends to aggravate the risk of viral infection.Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the disposal of medical waste. Economic cost and infectious risk minimization were taken as the decision objectives, and a multi-objective network decision model for the disposal of infectious medical waste was established. NSGA2 algorithm was used to optimize the allocation and treatment scheme of infectious medical waste. Finally, taking the medical waste disposal network in a municipal area during the epidemic period as an example, MATLAB was used for simulation. The results of the example show that the multi-objective medical waste disposal network is superior to the single objective.
