摘　　要：近年来,跨境电商规模持续增长,已成为我国及全球贸易的主要形式。随着我国要素禀赋格局的变化,畅通国内大循环、建立全国统一大市场,有效促进双循环发展已成为亟待解决的问题,而跨境电商以其独特优势与“双循环”战略联系紧密。基于此,以“双循环”新发展格局下跨境电商的发展路径研究为着力点,为更快更好实施双循环战略提供决策参考。In recent years, the scale of cross-border e-commerce has continued to grow, and it has become the main form of my country and global trade. With the change of my country’s factor endowment pattern, it has become an urgent problem to unblock the domestic circulation, establish a unified national market, and effectively promote the development of dual circulation. Cross-border e-commerce is closely related to the "dual circulation" strategy with its unique advantages. Based on this, this paper focuses on the research on the development path of cross-border e-commerce under the new development pattern of "dual circulation", and provides decision-making reference for how to implement the dual circulation strategy faster and better.
