摘　　要：以“1+X”证书制度实施路径为切入点,用五力模型分析“1+X”证书水平方向的价值链以及垂直方向的潜在进入者和证书之间替代等因素,有针对性的提出“1+X”证书在政府层面、企业层面和高校层面的实施路径,从而提高“1+X”证书在专业教学过程中的积极作用,把“1”学历证书和“X”职业技能等级证书完美的结合,解决德智体美劳全面发展要求之下,职业教育育人的根本性问题,为学生的可持续发展提供依据.The paper, taking the implementation path of the "1+X" certificate system as the starting point, analyzes the value chain of the "1+X" certificate in the horizontal direction and between the potential entrants and the substitution in the vertical direction with the five-force model, and puts forward the implementation path of "1+X" certificate at the government level, enterprise level and university level, so as to improve the positive role of "1+X" certificate in the professional teaching process. The perfect combination will solve the fundamental problem of vocational education and education under the requirements of the comprehensive development of morality, intelligence, physical education, art and labor, and provide a basis for the sustainable development of students.
