两种叶甲科昆虫成虫触角感器超微结构观察

摘　　要：利用扫描电镜技术对黄足黄守瓜(Aulacophora indica)和黄足黑守瓜(Aulacophora lewisii)二种叶甲科昆虫雌、雄成虫头部附肢感器类型、形态与分布进行观察,比较不同种类、不同性别成虫触角感器的差异。结果表明,黄足黑守瓜和黄足黄守瓜触角主要有毛形感器、刺形感器、锥形感器、鱼钩形感器、火柴形感器、带状感器、槽钉形感器、耳形感器、指形感器、腔锥形感器、氏鬃毛。观察黄足黄守瓜和黄足黑守瓜二种叶甲科昆虫成虫触角上不同类型感器,探究触角感器的功能和行为机制,为害虫的综合治理提供参考。Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the types,morphology and distribution of the appendage sensilla in the head of the female and male adults of A.indica and A.lewisii,and to compare the differences of antennal sensilla in different species and sexes.The results showed that the antennae of A.indica and A.lewisii mainly included sensilla trichodea,sensilla chaetica,sensilla basiconica,hook shaped sensilla,sensilla match-shaped,zonated sensila,grooved pegs,sensilla auricillica,sensilla finger,bohm bristles.The antennal sensilla types of the adult beetle mainly included sensilla trichodea,sensilla chaetica,sensilla basiconica,hook shaped sensilla,sensilla match-shaped,zonated sensila,sensilla auricillica,sensilla finger,Sensilla coeloconica,bohm bristles.To observe the different types of sensilla on the antennae of two leaf beetle insects,exploring the function and behavior mechanism of antennal sensilla,so as to provide reference for integrated pest management.
